ABOUT BASHEER TOSIN ASHAFA
Fondly known as BTA to friends and associates, Basheer Tosin Ashafa is a real estate developer and entrepreneur. For over a decade, Basheer has worked in, among other ventures, property development, marketing, and engineering/project management. Not defined by his real estate success, Basheer also runs sizeable business operations in construction, logistics, capital markets, and technology startups. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Morgan State University and an MA in Entrepreneurial Management from the European Business School, London. He is a member of the American Marketing Association, Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIRE), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
